Agreement Overview

This Agreement is between Cleo, Founder of Candid Cleo Coaching Ltd(“Coach”), and the participant (“Client”) for participation in the Can.Did 1:1 Intensive program. By confirming your booking and submitting your intake form, you agree to the following terms:

Scope of Services

You are booking a 1:1 Intensive consisting of three (3) private coaching sessions, each [90] minutes long. These sessions are designed to provide strategic support, clarity, and action steps based on your identified goals.

Coaching is a partnership focused on your growth and success. It is not therapy, legal advice, financial advice, or medical advice.

Client Responsibility

You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results throughout and after the coaching process. Coaching works when you take full ownership of your implementation, experimentation, and growth.

Confidentiality

Everything discussed in our sessions is confidential and will not be shared outside of coaching without your explicit permission, unless required by law.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required upfront to secure your sessions. Invoices must be paid before booking your first session. No refunds will be issued once coaching begins.

Rescheduling and Cancellation

If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited without refund.

All sessions must be completed within [8 weeks] of the first session, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Termination

Either party may terminate coaching with written notice if the partnership is not a good fit. If termination occurs after coaching has started, no refunds will be provided for completed sessions.

Agreement

By booking and paying for your coaching intensive, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
